lolcue
首先配置FMOD Designer，解压fsbext压缩包到任意目录，打开游戏目录 X:\lol\Game\DATA\Sounds\FMOD，把LoL_Audio_zh_CN.fev和 VOBank_zh_CN.fsb
两个文件复制
到 fsbext文件夹中（复制fev文件是为了方便打包完成之后的测试）。
配置好FMOD Designer后，会关联fev文件，双击 fsbext文件夹中的 LoL_Audio_zh_CN.fev
会用FMOD Event Player打开，会看到Event Hierarchy和Categories 2个分类框，2个框框内容一样，分类方法不同。
这里以查找一血音效First Blood并替换为自定义音效为例，
点 Categories->点开announcer-> female1，下拉查找First Blood音效
双击 OnFirtstBlood会播放音效试听，好，已经了解了音效文件的相关文件名。
2提取文件操作流程（以中文语音为例）
运行
3.zh_CN_提取.bat，会自动创建sounds_CN文件夹（英文语音是sounds_US)和rebuild_CN.dat文件（英文语音是 rebuild_US.dat）只需要提取一次即可。
提取完成之后，打开sounds_CN目录（英文语音是sounds_US），fsb文件版本不同，提取的资源数量也会不同，虽接着缀显示为mp3
然而无法播放，用MusicPlayerEx也不行，想要提取fsb的媒体资源，需直接把fsb文件拖进MusicPlayerEx列表中，右键convert导出 wav/mp3/ogg即可。
在搜索栏输入onfirstblood，会搜索到female1_OnFirstBlood_1.wav.mp3
（中文资源文件名或许会和英文资源文件名不完全一样，英文资源firstblood，文件名是female1_OnFirstBlood_1.mp3）好，这样就了解了一血音效firstblood的文件命名。
3接下来打包fsb文件
运行 fsbext文件夹中的 4.zh_CN_打包.bat，这时会自动重命名VOBank_zh_CN.fsb为原文件_VOBank_zh_CN.fsb
打包速度相对快
打包完成之后，生成的VOBank_zh_CN.fsb就是已替换好一血音效的新fsb文件，双击fsbext目录下的 LoL_Audio_zh_CN.fev
测试，流程如帖子开头，找到 OnFirstBlood，双击试听，如果成功播放自定义的一血音效，那么说明替换成功，这时才可把 VOBank_zh_CN.fsb
复制回 X:\lol\Game\DATA\Sounds\FMOD（注意：复制前，自行备份原文件），在游戏中就可听到替换后的一血音效了。
从头打包会删已生成的 VOBank_zh_CN.fsb，如需打包多个文件，打包前改名，再运行打包批处理。
如果需要继续替换音效文件，只需把转换好格式的文件改好名字，复制到 sounds_CN覆盖，再进行打包。
（英文语音包修改提示：FEV和FSB的版本要一致，FEV是引导文件，就像APE和CUE的关系，要是用半人马的fsb和国服自带的LoL_Audio_en_US.fev组合，会出现音效串声，EZ的人，蒙多的声之类。）
